They also give Networkers steps to take when following up with their warm and cold market by providing script templates. These tools help when marketing the traditional way. However, these sites are not duplicatable to the masses in the industry.
The problem with most successful mentors and leaders in the Network Marketing Industry to date is teaching their followers how to mimic their strengths, critically disabling 97% of Networkers. They lack the spirit of honesty to admit their struggles. Why not reveal for free, the knowledge and information upfront to their customers? Knowledge is power but without duplication, knowledge becomes isolated and stagnant. Don’t advertise false testimonials; be able to demonstrate exactly step-by-step what actions were taken to be a duplicative marketer.
If you have the inside secrets, strategies, and disciplines, show your team what you've done for your success, even your response when doors are slammed in your face...honesty. That's how you strengthen your team! My newest team member who has just caught the vision or been "bitten" by the internet marketing "bug", is successful in his network marketing opportunity, however he’s weary of always talking about the benny's of his company and desires to start with the benefits of what it would be like to work with "Him". #1 Take Action: Initiate everything you can to succeed on-line. Blogs, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Myspace is just a few. Find a successful mentor who you can 'gleen' from keep up with their pace. Kobe Bryant, Carmelo Anthony, and LaBron James all studied Michael Jordan at one point. You must be aggressive in growing your business not passive. There's a difference between interest and commitment. Suggest Mike Dillard's "Magnetic Sponsoring e-book or Larry Beacham's "LinkedIn Blueprint or even Michael Dlouhy's "Success In 10 Steps. Wisdom in this industry is priceless.
#4 Stay Informed: Training!!! Stay in the Loop! Remember, Eagles soar alone. You have to find your target market and be that Go-To person.
#5 Be a Solution: In your target market there will be many problems with many people. Help identify their needs.
a. What does your prospect desire?
b. What are their fears and frustrations?
c. What makes them want to give up?
